HiveFusion Lab products are designed for educational purposes, embedded systems development, cybersecurity learning, security research, hardware experimentation, laboratory environments, and authorized security testing.

Our products are intended only for lawful, ethical, and authorized use.

HiveFusion Lab does not authorize, encourage, endorse, or support the use of its products for any illegal, malicious, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.

You are solely responsible for:

• Using the product in accordance with all applicable laws.
• Obtaining authorization before testing any computer system, device, or network that you do not own or are not expressly authorized to assess.
• Following all operating instructions, specifications, and safety precautions.
• Determining whether the product is suitable for your intended use.

Any actions performed using the product are the sole responsibility of the user.

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to buy from us. In India that means you must be at least 18 years old.

Younger users are welcome to learn with our products under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or educator, who takes responsibility for how the product is used.

HiveFusion Lab does not guarantee that its products will operate with every:

• Computer
• USB host
• Operating system
• Software environment
• Hardware platform
• Third-party application

Compatibility may vary depending on system configuration, operating system updates, security software, drivers, firmware versions, and other factors outside our control.

Our devices work by presenting themselves to a host as an ordinary keyboard. Antivirus software, endpoint detection and response (EDR) agents, device-control policies, USB allow-lists and managed-device restrictions may therefore detect, quarantine, block, or log the device or its activity.

This is expected. It is not a defect, and a device that is blocked by security software on a managed system is not a faulty device.

HiveFusion Lab does not provide, and will not provide, assistance with evading, disabling, or circumventing security controls on systems you do not own or are not expressly authorized to test.

HiveFusion Lab may release updates to its software, development tools, or related applications.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous firmware updates.
• Backward compatibility with older hardware revisions.
• That all future software features will be supported on previously released devices.
• That all software will remain free from defects or bugs.

Some future features may require newer hardware revisions.

HiveFusion Lab makes no representation or warranty that any product will:

• Meet every user's expectations.
• Achieve any particular result.
• Operate without interruption.
• Be completely free from defects, bugs, or compatibility issues.
• Be suitable for every environment or application.

HiveFusion Lab products are designed to operate only within their published specifications.

Improper use, including but not limited to:

• Supplying incorrect voltage.
• Incorrect wiring.
• Physical modification.
• Improper soldering.
• Liquid exposure.
• Mechanical damage.
• Fire or environmental damage.
• Use outside specified operating conditions.

may permanently damage the product.

HiveFusion Lab shall not be responsible for damage resulting from operation outside the documented specifications.

Our boards ship as bare, assembled electronics without an enclosure unless a product page states otherwise. Exposed electronics can be damaged by static discharge, by contact with conductive surfaces, and by physical stress on the connector.

Handle the board by its edges, avoid touching the components and contacts, keep it away from metal surfaces and liquids when not in use, and store it in the packaging it arrived in or in an anti-static bag.

Damage caused by electrostatic discharge, physical stress, or improper storage is not a manufacturing defect.

Any modification of the hardware, firmware, software, PCB, electrical design, enclosure, or associated components is performed entirely at the user's own risk.

Unauthorized modifications may void any replacement, warranty, or support that HiveFusion Lab may choose to provide.

HiveFusion Lab products may interact with or rely upon third-party software, operating systems, drivers, development environments, libraries, or online services.

HiveFusion Lab is not responsible for:

• Third-party software defects.
• Third-party firmware.
• Open-source software.
• Operating system updates.
• Driver incompatibilities.
• External APIs or services.
• Hardware manufactured by third parties.

Such software and services remain subject to their own licenses and terms.

Payloads you write are stored in the device's onboard flash and stay there until they are overwritten. Anything you put on the device — including credentials, keys, hostnames, or anything else embedded in a payload — travels with the device.

You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you write, and for overwriting the device before you lend, sell, return, or dispose of it.

HiveFusion Lab does not hold a copy of your payloads and cannot recover work that existed only on a device.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HiveFusion Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use our products or services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data.
• Loss of profits.
• Business interruption.
• Loss of business opportunities.
• Damage caused by unauthorized or unlawful use.
• Damage resulting from improper installation, modification, misuse, or operation outside published specifications.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

HiveFusion Lab products are engineered to operate within their documented specifications.

If a customer believes a product has caused physical damage to another device or property, HiveFusion Lab may investigate the claim.

Customers may be required to provide reasonable supporting evidence, including photographs, diagnostic information, testing details, or the affected hardware for inspection.

Where required by applicable law, HiveFusion Lab will evaluate verified claims in good faith.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, HiveFusion Lab may, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable consumer protection laws, offer a limited replacement period for manufacturing defects.

Damage resulting from misuse, improper handling, modification, electrical abuse, operation outside specifications, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

Users agree that HiveFusion Lab products shall only be used for lawful, authorized, and ethical purposes.

HiveFusion Lab is not responsible for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious use of its products, including but not limited to unauthorized access to computer systems, credential theft, malware deployment, fraud, or any activity prohibited by applicable law.

Our Responsible Use Policy sets this out in full, and applies alongside this Disclaimer.

Users purchasing or using HiveFusion Lab products outside India are responsible for complying with the laws, import regulations, export restrictions, customs requirements, and other legal obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.

HiveFusion Lab reserves the right to modify this Disclaimer at any time.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the official HiveFusion Lab website.

Continued use of our products or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.
